What have people said about the executive village?

Here is a link to a short 6 minute audio file of what recent villagers said after the event.

"This is the networking group I have been looking for, for the last eight years"

I know I am not the only one who came away with some really valuable things and I am certainly not the only one to be making some immediate - sometimes simple - but definitely result-changing amendments to my working practises!

Business isn't that tough when you have a dozen intelligent individuals, experts in their chosen field, creating a mastermind alliance, with a desire to share knowledge and wisdom. Good company, good food and a very enjoyable evening.

"I met Heather through the "Executive Village" - a networking group with a difference, in which participants collaborate in solving one another's business challenges. The group was excellent. I met some great people, and gained new insights into one of the biggest issues facing our business. Not only that, but I picked up real 'gems' on subjects that I wouldn't even have known to ask about.

Heather is founder of the Executive Village, and was also co-ordinator of the event. She was able to put the entire company of strangers at their ease, and I have no doubt that long-lasting business friendships had been made by the end of the evening. Heather has sharp business insight and an ability to get to the root of an issue. I look forward to continuing to work with Heather, and would thoroughly recommend both her services as "The Efficiency Coach", and the Executive Village as an event, to anyone looking to improve their business performance."

Welcome To The Executive Village.......

'the executive village' is based on the principle that with the support and input of fellow business owners and leaders in a confidential dinner party setting, we can discuss and find solutions to the key issues that affect both the day to day, medium and long term challenges of running our businesses.

As most business owners know, running a business can be a lonely experience - and knowing where to get objective unbiased advice is often difficult. The executive village aims to solve this problem for business owners. Facilitated by two facilitators, guests each raise a challenge/issue/question related to their business. Their colleagues sitting around the table then draw on their expertise and experience to investigate, discuss and propose solutions.

What will it offer?
There are many events being promoted at the current time where you can spend time listening to experts telling you what you should do. There are others that offer the 'non exec' experience but charge you highly for the privilege. (£750+ per month)

Rather than hearing the theory or paying through the nose to benefit from the non exec experience, this event offers you a real low cost opportunity to raise a challenge/issue/question based specifically on your own business and to benefit from the assembled business experience and expertise around the table. Truly providing you with access to a non executive board that you could never afford!

In the confidential environment of a relaxed, informal private dining room - whilst enjoying a three-course dinner with wine - you can seek and receive practical advice from your peers focused on your business that could give you ideas of your own.

Format
Each dinner will commence at 18.30 with open networking and introductions. Dinner will be served at 19.00 hrs.

Over dinner, villagers will take it in turn to pose their challenge/issue/question to the group. In the evening, villagers vote for the top three or four challenges that they would benefit from discussing. Working around the table in turn, each villager will have the opportunity to ask one insightful question. Once each villager has asked a question and it has been answered there will be a short pause for deliberation. Based on what they now know and using their individual knowledge and experience, each villager will offer their advice/guidance. Finally, the villager that posed the challenge/issue/question will have the opportunity to respond to what they have heard.

The dinner will end no later than 22.00 hrs.
