Explore the impossible ... ... “The Efficiency Coach helps a finance team create a departmental vision and strategy” The Efficiency Coach was asked to facilitate and design a half-day session for a newly formed departmental leadership team. The Efficiency Coach advised the director in charge of the team on the content and structure of the three hour session. By the end of three hours the team had agreed a purpose for the leadership team and created a departmental strategy.
